Refund policy

We hope that you LOVE your EVER Boutique purchase. We do understand that sometimes items have to be returned for various reasons. 

We except returns within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you may email us at shopeverada@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and subject line as: REQUEST A RETURN. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.  

Items accepted for return will be issued a store credit within 5 business days. No exceptions.
